I ordered from sipwhiskey.com because it said the bottle was in stock, and it actually was. I’ve had other sites take the order and then cancel it later, so this was, well, it was a nice change. Checkout was normal, and the order showed up without any weird emails or back and forth. Nothing too complicated, but having the stock info be right made the whole thing easy

"Bad timing, but still felt too expensive"
I might’ve just caught them at the wrong time, but the prices felt high compared to a few other places I looked at. Once the extra fees got added on, it just didn’t feel worth it for what I was getting. Maybe it would’ve seemed better another day, but I’d probably check somewhere else next time.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: make sure you read the shipping restrictions first. I actually appreciated that they were really clear before checkout, so I didn’t have to guess whether my state was allowed or not. It made the whole process way less frustrating. The site was simple to use, and there weren’t any weird delivery surprises at the end.

"Not recommended to use this business"
after I placed the order as a gift to ship via ups the company used Fedx. In typical fedx fashion the carrier tried to deliver it 3 times. Gave no alternative method of picking up. When I asked to have it shipped directly to me was told I would be charged shipping. Received a refund less shipping cost. In my opinion not satisfactory and not worth repeating business with sip whiskey
"No surprise fees at checkout"
I was actually relieved that Sip Whiskey showed the taxes and fees before I hit pay. With online orders, I’m always half expecting some random charge to pop up at the end, so seeing everything laid out clearly was nice... just made the whole thing feel more straightforward.
The final total was what I thought it would be, and the breakdown wasn’t confusing or buried somewhere. Checkout was simple, no odd add-ons, no last-second surprises. I’d order from them again, for sure

"Bottle was okay, but the box took a hit"
The box showed up bent, which bugged me a bit because I’m kind of picky about packaging. Luckily, the bottle itself was totally fine, so I can’t complain too much. Still, I would’ve liked it to arrive looking a little cleaner.

I was trying to send a bottle as a gift, but the gifting options were limited. Like, come on now, if I’m sending something nice, I want to add a decent note or make it feel a little more special. Checkout itself was fine, but the whole gift setup just felt kind of bare-bones.

Paying was mostly fine, and my card went through without any drama, which is always a nice little miracle. That said, the checkout security info wasn’t exactly crystal clear. I haven’t had any issues so far, but a little more reassurance during payment would’ve been great.

"Adult Signature Delivery Was Frustrating"
Placing the order itself was simple enough, but the adult signature delivery process was a hassle. There wasn’t a clear delivery window, so I kept having to adjust my day just to make sure someone was home. I ended up missing the delivery once, and customer support didn’t really offer much help. For an order that specifically requires an adult signature, the coordination really should be better

I’ve tried enough bottle services at this point that I’m kind of tired of decoding vague descriptions, and these tasting notes didn’t really help. They sounded nice, but when it came time to actually pick a bottle, I still felt like I was guessing

My gut told me the shipping might be a little slow, and unfortunately I was right. It took longer than what the site originally said, and the tracking barely updated, which was kind of frustrating. That said, the bottle arrived in good shape, so no issues with the product itself.

I’ll be honest, I judged the age check the second it popped up and assumed it was going to be annoying. But it was actually super quick. Took maybe a minute, didn’t run into any weird problems, and I was able to keep going with my order. Smooth overall.

I was just trying to find some bottles, but it ended up being harder than it should’ve been. The filters was kind of clunky, and a few pages loaded slower than I’d like. Checkout worked fine in the end, but it didn’t feel all that smooth.

"Buyer Beware! You may not receive your order!"
Ordered a bottle as a gift on 12/19/25. I paid extra for 2 day shipping, with their websites and emails assuring me that orders would arrive by Christmas, if they were ordered prior to 12/22/25 and 2 day shipping was selected. And not only did I not receive the bottle (as of 10PM on 12/24/25), I haven't even received any confirmation of a shipment at all! Reached out to support? Not a peep back.
