This company sends emails and offers to customers and they have new merchandise that is not even out on the market yet. Having new merchandise and delivering from out of state half the country away is an amazing experience.

Shipping was very fast. Bottle came in perfect condition

Product was packaged very securely and delivered on time as expected.

Had a few dealings with this company none of which were good. Always say they have something that they don't. Screwed me over at Christmas but did get my money back. Will neve use them again. They SUCK!!!

I wanted to take the time to leave a review on Sip Whiskey because I made an expensive purchase with them prior to reading reviews on their company and immediately regretted doing so… so much so, in fact, that I reached out to them with an email regarding their reviews and my concern about receiving the item I ordered. They promptly responded and reassured me that they had my item in stock and were preparing my shipment. I sent another email a couple of days later because I had not gotten a shipment update and many of the reviews said that Sip Whiskey creates the label and the item never ships… again, they responded with superb professionalism and told me the anticipated timeline for the item to leave their store… “okay” I thought, “please let this be true.” Today I got home to a package at my doorstep that was in fact from Sip Whiskey!! Crisis averted!! After opening the box I was so happy to see my item packaged with great care and had no issues with item quality or tampering. They did a wonderful job- truly. But most importantly, they extended grace to me in a moment of uncertainty and for that, I am most grateful… Thank you guys, I look forward to ordering from you again.

Do not buy from SipWhiskey.com. They are a scam. They list and sell things they don’t actually have. I ordered from them mid December. Come mid January my ordered hadn’t shipped. When I contacted customer service they told me they are waiting for a shipment to come in. So I waited another week, and when I reached out to them again, it was the same excuse. They are waiting for it to come in…Needless to say, I canceled my order.

Well, have to add to negative reviews. Shipping label created on 1/19. As of today UPS still does not have a package. Customer service does not give clear answer. Now, trying to cancel the order, so far getting to nowhere. Fraud report to my credit card company, unless they respond soon.

Ordered on 12-19. No feedback on the product until I reached out to them. My item came into the warehouse 1-3-23, so they didn’t actually have it. Was told it’d ship that next day. Got shipping label with expected delivery date of 1-11-23. Reached out again on 1-10-23 because tracking showed the item never left to be shipped. They said it would ship later in the week with other items. I canceled on the 1-10-23 and have yet to receive my refund. Just noticing that if the shipping label is created they won’t refund your shipping charge and I’m also subject to a $10 re stock fee. Seems like I’ll be lucky to get the price of the Blantons refunded t this point. I would not recommend them at all. Completely sketchy. Wish I could do negative stars

Order placed the first of December for 3 Christmas gifts and was guaranteed Christmas delivery in writing. Sip Whiskey printed a shipping label Dec 17th to make it appear it was shipped. FedEx tracking shows they never received the package. I have contacted them every week and have been told it will ship “next week”. It never shipped so I finally cancelled my order. They lied to me 4 times.

Ordered one bottle of bourbon on Dec 15. Arrived Jan 12. I placed my order and realized I forgot to use my gift card in the order. I reached out to Sip Whiskey via call, email, and social media. They only check their email. Luckily, once I got into contact with the person via email, they were willing to apply my gift card to the order which I was thankful.

Besides that, the slow delivery isn’t the end of the world. Limited response to my initial reaching out to them wasn’t ideal. But once I received my bottle, I noticed a few of the letters on my custom engravement were already faded off. Because they helped with my gift card issue I’ll give three stars, but other reasons here led me to not be a fan of this service.

Placed an order prior to reading the reviews. Was worried I would have issues with my order. It did take about 10 days but other than that everything was received and not damaged. Prices are pretty good, just wouldn't order if you needed it quickly.

I made an order 12/1/22. They never sent order out, they don't return calls or e-mails. I am now trying to get my $450 back through CC company. Thank goodness Ididn't use Paypal, you never get $ back from them. They went so far as to send me a label so I would thijnk the item had shipped. Nope. Stay away. The reviews on their system don't reflect real time. My reviews are not posted.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed my order on December 16th with the confirmation of shipment on December 27th and arrival on the 29th. When that date passed I sent an inquiry and received a timely response with apologies and the promise of shipment in the next "batch". I assumed that wold be in the next few days but it is now January 11th and no shipment yet. To make matters worse they have stopped responding to my e-mails and their phone message says that they will probably not be able to return my call due to high volume.

There are so many options for delivery out there, do your research before ordering and be sure to skip this one.

I would do less than 1 STAR IF I HAD OPTION! I have heard nothing back and order is 10 days late. I’m an attorney and filing with BBB I am out 156 dollars and they do not respond !

Ordered a bottle of Blanton’s in early December for Christmas gift and it never shipped. I keep calling & emailing and they just keep extending the shipping date due to “weather” related delays. I’m beginning to think these people have never actually shipped or delivered a bottle of alcohol! No faith my gift will arrive this new calendar year so I canceled & asked for a refund. Just ordered the same from onlineliquor.com and all ready got a tracking number!
